Our heat detector combines both rate-of-rise and fixed temperature sensors into one unit for maximum protection. It signals an alarm if ambient temperature increases 15°F or more per minute and/or if the ambient temperature rises above 135°F (57°C). Also, its maintenance reporting automatically alerts the central station when it is in need of service.
